2. What This Policy Covers
This policy describes how AA Kinetic collects, uses, stores, and protects data when you use our services, applications, or platforms — including our social research tools that access publicly available data from third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.).
3. Data We Collect
3a. Data You Provide Directly
- Name, email address, and company name when you contact us or onboard as a client
- Account credentials for services you authorize us to access on your behalf
3b. Meta Platform Data (Facebook & Instagram)
When you authorize our application via Facebook Login, we may access:
- Your Facebook Page name, Page ID, and public Page metadata
- Public posts, photos, videos, and engagement metrics from Pages you administer
- Public content from Pages and profiles you direct us to monitor for research purposes
- Instagram Business Account information linked to authorized Facebook Pages
We access only public content or content from Pages you explicitly authorize. We do not access private messages, friend lists, personal timelines, or any non-public data.
3c. Usage Data
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps — retained for 12 months for security auditing, then deleted
- Analytics: aggregated, anonymized usage patterns — retained for 24 months

We do not use your data for: advertising or ad targeting, selling or licensing to data brokers, training third-party AI models, or any purpose not listed above.
5. Data Sovereignty & Siloed AI — Our Core Commitment
Your data trains your models. No one else's.
This is the cornerstone of how AA Kinetic operates. Every client engagement runs in a fully isolated environment:
- Your data — including research inputs, social content, and outputs — is never shared with, or used to benefit, any other client
- AI models built or fine-tuned as part of your engagement are trained exclusively on your authorized data
- Intelligence derived from your data makes your solution smarter — not a shared base model
- We do not pool client data, aggregate across clients, or use one client's insights to calibrate models for another
If AA Kinetic works with two competing companies in the same industry, neither company's data, signals, or model improvements cross the boundary between their engagements — ever. Each client's AI environment is a sovereign silo.
We do not use your data to train third-party AI systems, foundation models, or any externally hosted model.
6. Meta Platform Data — Specific Commitments
In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Responsible Platform Policies:
- We use Meta Platform data only for the purposes disclosed to you and to Meta during app review
- We do not transfer Meta Platform data to data brokers, ad networks, or analytics resellers
- Meta Platform data is stored on our private infrastructure and is not processed by third-party cloud AI services
- We retain Meta Platform data for no longer than 90 days unless you request extended retention for trend analysis
- Upon request, we will delete all Meta Platform data associated with your account within 30 days
- We do not use Meta Platform data to build profiles of individual users or their behavior
7. Data Storage, Security & Sub-processors
Your data is stored on AA Kinetic's private infrastructure. We apply:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
- Access controls limited to authorized AA Kinetic personnel
- No third-party cloud processing of research outputs
Data Sovereignty: Research outputs, dashboards, and intelligence reports generated from your data remain on infrastructure you control or within our private environment. Raw data and results are never transmitted to third-party AI providers or cloud services.
Human Review: AA Kinetic analysts may review AI-generated outputs as part of our quality assurance process. Analysts access anonymized and aggregated data only — raw client data and identifiable information are not surfaced during human review.

8. Data Sharing
We share data only:

- With sub-processors listed in Section 7, under strict data processing agreements
- When required by law, legal process, or regulatory authority
We do not sell your data. Ever.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.

Facebook/Instagram data deletion: If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to AA Kinetic and wish to have your data deleted, you may submit a request directly through your Facebook settings or by emailing us.
